4th June 2026Welcome to AWA Trees:

“Max Caulton Arboriculturist at AWA Trees”
Arboriculturist Max Caulton

We’re pleased to welcome Max Caulton to the team at AWA Trees as our newest Arboriculturist.
Max joins AWA with a strong background in arboriculture, ecology and forestry, bringing a combination of practical field experience and environmental knowledge to our growing team of arboricultural consultants.
Currently completing an FdSc in Arboriculture and Tree Management at Myerscough College, Max has developed experience across woodland management, habitat conservation and ecological surveying, alongside practical arboricultural operations.
Over the past several years, he has worked on a wide range of environmental and countryside projects, including protected species surveys, ecological clerk of works duties and woodland management schemes. His practical experience is supported by a range of NPTC and LANTRA qualifications, including tree climbing, aerial rescue and chainsaw use.
At AWA Trees, Max will support our arboricultural consultancy work through tree surveying, BS5837 tree surveys and arboricultural reporting, contributing to projects across the wider team. His combined understanding of trees, woodlands and ecology is particularly valuable on development projects where arboricultural and environmental considerations work closely together.

As a tree consultant, Max brings a thoughtful and practical approach, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for the natural environment and professional development within the arboriculture industry.
We’re delighted to have Max on board and look forward to supporting the next stage of his career with AWA Trees.
Welcome to the team, Max!
AWA Trees provides professional arboricultural consultancy services throughout the UK, including tree surveys, BS5837 surveys, arboricultural impact assessments and tree risk surveys for planning and development projects.
